Congress Registration counter:
All congress materials and documentation will be available at the congress registration counter located in the entrance foyer of the Palais Niederösterreich.

The Austrian Airlines Group is the official carrier for our event and offers the most frequent flights to and from Austria. Please contact your nearest Austrian Airlines office or travel agent where you will receive information on flights and fares.

Speakers Centre:
The speakers centre is located in the entrance foyer on the ground floor, right opposite the registration counter. Speakers are asked to hand in their CD Rom or USB stick, containing the PowerPoint presentation (IBM format or compatible, no multisession) latest 1 hour prior to their presentation. The presentation will be transferred to the central congress server and will be available afterwards on a special congress notebook in the hall of the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook. Several PC working stations are provided in the speakers centre where speakers can also work on their PC charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be glad to assist.

Technical Exhibition:
A major technical exhibition will take place on the first floor of the Palais Niederösterreich next to the main meeting rooms. Coffee bars and catering stations will be set up at various areas in the technical exhibition.

Cloakroom:
A cloakroom is available next to the registration counter on the ground floor. You can also store your luggage here.

Currency:
The EURO is the official currency in Austria. Exchange of foreign currency is available at the Vienna Airport and at most hotels, banks and exchange offices throughout the city.

Electricity:
Austria uses a 230 volt 50Hz system. Sockets have the European standard and plugs are two-prong grounded.

Mobile Phones:
Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones turned off while attending the scientific sessions in the meeting rooms.

Insurance:
The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of residence. The organisers will not be responsible for a loss or damage of personal belongings.

Airport:
Vienna International Airport - Schwechat is in 15 km distance to the city centre. The express direct train CAT (www.cityairporttrain.com) departs every 30 minutes from the International Airport to the city centre and takes 16 minutes. A one way ticket costs EUR 9.- Within Vienna the Palais Niederösterreich is easy accessible by public transportation. The Taxi fare from the airport to any of the congress hotels in the city center and the congress venue is expected to be approximately EUR 35.- to EUR 45.-.
