Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference office MCI - Vienna Office. (office@proconference.at). A full refund less a EUR 50.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before August 20, 2007. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after August 20, 2007. It is possible to replace the cancelled participant with another person.
